Stones & Green is geen aannemer die van ver komt en snel weer vertrekt. Wij zijn gevestigd in Gontrode, op amper 20 minuten van Zottegem, en kennen de Vlaamse Ardennen als geen ander. Our landscape architect Ellen consciously responds to this. She respects the existing topography and translates the differences in elevation into usable levels using retaining walls, steps, and fluid transitions. Dit is afhankelijk van de complexiteit, maar doordat Stones & Green werkt met eigen machines en vakmensen, lopen de verschillende fases (grondwerk, aanleg, afwerking) naadloos en snel in elkaar over.
Dat is zelfs ons uitgangspunt. In de Vlaamse Ardennen respecteren wij het natuurlijke reliëf zoveel mogelijk en creëren wij bruikbare niveaus met keerwanden en terrassen, in plaats van alles vlak te schrapen.
